Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using IndianPay,
you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IndianPay website,
mobile experience and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is designed for users who wish to participate in USDT-based
mining-style plans and related referral programs.
2. Eligibility
By using IndianPay, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use of the Platform is not prohibited under the laws or regulations of your country or region.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and
up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Immediately informing us if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & USDT Balance
IndianPay operates on a pure USDT model. When you deposit USDT, you agree that:
- You are the lawful owner or have permission to use the funds you deposit.
- Network fees and transfer delays on the blockchain are outside our control.
- Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on internal checks and network conditions.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined inside the Platform and may change over time.
5. Mining Plans & Earnings
When you purchase any mining plan:
- You lock a specific USDT amount for the duration shown on the plan details.
- Estimated daily income and total income shown in the interface are
projections only based on the plan rules.
- We may adjust or discontinue specific plans prospectively; such changes
will not usually affect already active plans unless required by law or risk controls.
IndianPay does not guarantee any particular profit or return. All earnings
are subject to our internal risk policies, system performance and network conditions.
6. Referral & Invite Program
IndianPay may provide a multi-level referral program (for example Level 1, Level 2, Level 3).
By using the invite feature, you agree that:
- You will invite only real users who understand the risks of crypto assets.
- You will not use spam, misleading claims or illegal advertising to promote IndianPay.
- Referral percentages may be updated or changed at any time for new activity.
7. Risk Disclosure
Crypto assets and USDT-based products carry financial risk. Prices of
cryptocurrencies and related services can be volatile, and regulations
may change quickly in some jurisdictions.
IndianPay does not provide investment, trading or financial advice.
You should only deposit funds that you can afford to hold for the full
duration of the selected plan and after doing your own research.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree that you will not use IndianPay for:
- Any illegal activity or to violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Money laundering, fraud, scams or terrorist financing.
- Interfering with, disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Abusing bonuses, referral rewards or other promotional features.
9. Compliance, KYC & Security Checks
IndianPay may perform additional checks to comply with legal and risk
requirements. This may include:
- Requesting proof of identity or additional documents (KYC) where required.
- Temporarily holding or reviewing withdrawals while checks are being completed.
- Blocking or closing accounts involved in suspicious or prohibited activities.
10. Service Changes & Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time
to improve features, manage risk or comply with legal obligations. We aim
to provide reasonable notice where practical, but this may not always be possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndianPay and its team shall not
be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Losses arising from blockchain network failures or delays.
- Loss of funds due to your own negligence, compromised devices or
sharing of login information.
In any case where liability cannot be excluded, it may be limited to the
total service fees paid by you to IndianPay within a recent period,
as allowed by law in your jurisdiction.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without
prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms or any other policy on the Platform.
- We detect suspicious, fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
- We are required to do so by law, court order or a competent authority.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes,
we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide
a notice inside the Platform. Your continued use of IndianPay after changes
become effective will mean you accept the revised Terms.
14. Contact & Support
If you have any questions about these Terms or about your account, you can
reach our support team using the contact options available inside your
IndianPay dashboard or official support channel.
